omg i just realised the stuff is listen to is kinda very pop-ish. ok "kinda very" doesnt make sense.

but anyway...

simple plan is pop punk. ok not that bad.
fahrenheit is pop/pop rock.
secondhand serenade is acoustic rock. good it's not pop.
david archuleta is pop/rock.
jesse mccartney is pop/teen pop/dance pop. gah triple pop.
taylor swift is country/pop.
faber drive is rock, pop punk and new wave. wait wtf is "new wave"?

ok that's all singers/bands i actually like. and only ONE is not pop at all. secondhand serenade pwns.

but anyway pop-punk is not poppy(wait that's a plant. heck you get what i mean) at all actually. it's just punk music minus all the exessive over-hardcore stuff. which reminds me of My Chemical Romance who do nothing but scream some crappy stuff. they can't even sing i tell you.

but anyway that doesnt mean im gonna start hating the rest of them. just... a realization that the music i'm listening to is starting to get really pop-influenced.

and actually i can blame that all on one person. but i wont be so evil.
